INCUBATE#20 is for anyone who has a small business or charity and employs up to five staff. There is nothing else like this programme delivered locally.

The majority of the costs of the programme are subsidised by Rotorua Lakes Council. Successful applicants are required to pay $189+gst to secure their place in the programme. Upon completion of the programme $99+gst will be refunded to the participant. This is to ensure places are given to committed businesses and non-profits

Each programme includes:

  • Nine Mastery Modules providing group-based training in a range of topics presented by experienced, local professionals recognised as leaders in their field.
  • Two Group Review sessions with a facilitated discussion encouraging participants to share their challenges, celebrate their successes, and support each other.
  • At least two individual Coaching sessions to set goals, actions and plans for business success.
  • Participant Presentation in the last group session. Each participant will present their Action Plan for their business.

All Firestation sessions focus on EXECUTION, how will you implement what you learn to improve your organisation. These courses are not about sitting in a room for a couple of hours a week. We want ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS who EXECUTE what they LEARN.

We have worked with more than 400 organisations across Rotorua, Taupo, South Waikato and Kawerau with fantastic feedback and results.

Get the knowledge, tools and advice to WORK ON your business or social enterprise. GROW YOUR NETWORKS with likeminded people who are experiencing the same challenges in owning and running a business.

Sessions to run on Wednesdays mornings in Rotorua.
