Firestation programmes include:

  • Mastery Modules providing group-based training in a range of topics presented by experienced, local professionals recognised as leaders in their field.
  • Group Review sessions with a facilitated discussion encouraging participants to share their challenges, celebrate their successes, and support each other.
  • 1-on-1 Coaching sessions to set goals, actions and plans for business success.
  • Participant Presentation in the last group session. Each participant will present their Launch or Growth Plan for their business.

All Firestation sessions are focussed on EXECUTION, how will you implement what you have learnt to improve your organisation. These courses are not about sitting in a room for a couple of hours a week. We want ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS who EXECUTE what they LEARN.
